Every moment of childhood is precious and our dance classes will form the memories your child will cherish for a lifetime. With teachers who will nurture their progress and encourage their passion, your child will thrive.
Through a combination of pure technique and positive praise, every child can feel the joy of dance – and the smile on their face will let you know how much they love it!
All our teachers are certified and experienced to teach kids and adults with any background. They are highly supportive and passionate about educating not only in dance but also forming characters. Most important for us is that our students enjoy learning and have fun.

My daughters (age 3 and 5 years) always have a wonderful time during their ballet classes. They both began with no prior dance experience but after just a few sessions, I can see that their balance and coordination has improved already. They enjoy practicing what they have learnt at home, skipping and dancing around the house to music. I was sceptical whether proper techniques could be taught to students at such a young age, but the teachers do a great job at mixing formal techniques and postures with games, which my girls really enjoy.
The annual concert is a lovely opportunity for the school to showcase the hard work and talent of the students and teachers. This year’s concert didn’t disappoint. All students had an opportunity to perform and support each other, irrespective of ability, as part of the Tanglin Arts family. The school promotes inclusiveness, making it an enjoyable and supportive place of learning. The fact that my girls ask each morning if it’s ballet day today or not is testament to how much they enjoy their classes, and I look forward to watching them continue to learn and develop their dance abilities in coming years.
